On behalf of the Atlanta Public Schools, The Winter Construction Company is accepting proposals from qualified subcontractors and vendors for the Atlanta Public Schools Construction Management at Risk Services for Kipp Vision Primary School located at 660 McWilliams Road SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. Winter Construction manages all aspects of the bidding processin Building Connected.
