Janitorial Services for Albany Regional Office

Background
The Georgia Department of Revenue (DOR) is issuing this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) to establish a contract with a qualified supplier for Janitorial Services at their Albany Regional Office.

The office, located at 735 N. Westover Blvd Suite A, Albany, GA 31707, occupies approximately 14,000 square feet. The goal of the contract is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the office space in accordance with the outlined requirements.

Work Details
The selected supplier will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services which include but are not limited to:

- Daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Trash removal
- Floor care (including vacuuming, mopping, and waxing)
- Window cleaning
- Supply management for cleaning materials.

The supplier must ensure that all services meet the standards specified in the Scope of Work section of the eRFP.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is for one calendar year from the effective date of execution, with four one-year options to renew at the discretion of the State Entity.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Georgia Department of Revenue's Albany Regional Office located at 735 N. Westover Blvd Suite A, Albany, GA 31707, Dougherty County.
