Background
The City of Milton, located in Fulton County, Georgia, is seeking bids for Right of Way Maintenance Services to support its Public Works Department. The city aims to maintain its infrastructure effectively while ensuring public safety and compliance with state regulations. The contract's goal is to engage qualified contractors who can provide essential maintenance services within the city limits.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a variety of right of way maintenance tasks including:

1. Roadway Maintenance: This includes pothole repair, trimming vegetation up to 20 feet in height, and maintaining gravel roads.

2. Storm Drain and Ditch Maintenance: Responsibilities include maintaining drainage systems, vacuuming curb inlets, and cleaning catch basins.

3. Signage and Pavement Marking: Installation and maintenance of regulatory signs and pavement markings.

4. Trail Maintenance and Repair: Upkeep of public trails as directed by the city.

5. Emergency Services: Immediate response to urgent maintenance requests as specified in the contract.

Period of Performance
Work under this contract is expected to commence on or about April 1, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
To qualify for bidding, contractors must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list.
