Background
The DeKalb County School District (DCSD) is a metropolitan Atlanta public school system with a student enrollment of approximately 93,000 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The district is dedicated to providing the best possible education through an intensive core curriculum and specialized instructional and career programs.
The district is seeking qualified bidders to provide Small Wares Equipment as outlined in the scope of work in Part III of this ITB.
Work Details
The successful bidder will be required to provide Small Wares Equipment in accordance with the specifications, requirements, and terms and conditions stated in the ITB. The services shall include all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other necessary items and services.
The successful bidder will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the products and services without involving subcontractors. The bidder must pass on all rebates and special promotions offered by the manufacturer during the contract period to DCSD.
Period of Performance
The deadline for bid submission is 2:00 PM on June 25, 2024. The virtual public acknowledgment will be held via Microsoft Teams at 11:00 AM on June 26, 2024.
