Background
Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) is fully accredited through Cognia and serves over 52,002 students across 67 schools. The district is ranked among the 100 largest school districts in the United States and employs over 6,200 staff members.

The goal of this contract is to solicit bids for renovations at Old Morrow High School to enhance educational facilities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Work Details
The scope of services includes comprehensive renovation work at Old Morrow High School. Bidders must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the renovation services.

Specific tasks may include but are not limited to structural repairs, aesthetic improvements, safety upgrades, and compliance with educational standards. Bidders must have a minimum of three years of experience providing similar renovation services for school districts of comparable size.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will commence within ten calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed and will last for one year. The contract may be automatically renewed for two successive one-year terms unless terminated earlier according to the provisions outlined in the agreement.

Renovation work will be performed at Old Morrow High School located at 2299 Old Rex Morrow Rd., Morrow, GA 30260.
