ITB 2025-004 Road and Curb Drainage Repairs

Background
The City of Tucker, Georgia, is seeking to engage a qualified contractor for Road and Curb Drainage Repairs at three locations. The goal of this contract is to improve drainage systems and road safety within the city, aligning with the city's mission to maintain public infrastructure effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will provide materials, labor, equipment, traffic control, erosion control, and site restoration for the following tasks:

1. At 2109 Lavista Executive Park:
- Remove 115 linear feet of curb and gutter.
- Replace with new curb and gutter at adjusted height (115 LF).
- Mill 1-1/2” of existing asphalt at saw cut edge; replace with 1-1/2” 12.5 mm overlay course and 19 mm leveling asphalt (average depth 4”, 250 SY).
- Tack coat and clean work area.

2. At 2115 Carthage Road:
- Remove 80 linear feet of curb and gutter.
- Replace with new curb and gutter at adjusted height (80 LF).
- Mill 1-1/2” of existing asphalt; replace with 1-1/2” 9.5 mm overlay course and 19 mm leveling asphalt (average depth 4”, 160 SY).
- Tack coat and clean work area.

3. At 5356 Stillwater Court:
- Remove 120 linear feet of curb and gutter.
- Replace with new curb and gutter at adjusted height (120 LF).
- Mill 1-1/2” of existing asphalt; replace with 1-1/2” 9.5 mm overlay course and 19 mm leveling asphalt (average depth 4”, 200 SY).
- Tack coat and clean work area.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of approximately 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The work will take place in three locations within the City of Tucker, Georgia: specifically at Lavista Executive Park, Carthage Road, and Stillwater Court.
