ITB 2024-017 Tucker Pickleball Courts and Parking Lot Construction

Background
The City of Tucker, Georgia, is seeking bids for the construction of a new pickleball complex. This project aims to redevelop an existing sports field into a state-of-the-art facility that aligns with the city's recreational goals.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, emphasizing the importance of quality and compliance with all specifications.

Work Details
The work to be performed by the General Contractor includes:
1. Grading and erosion control;
2. Installation of sports lighting;
3. Electrical, water, sewer, and underground detention improvements related to stormwater management;
4. Renovation of parking lot, sidewalks, and driveways;
5. Construction of 12 pickleball courts along with necessary appurtenances;
6. Installation of a restroom/pavilion structure;
7. Landscape installation.

Period of Performance
The contract period is set for 304 days (approximately 10 months) from the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The project will take place at the Tucker Recreation Center located at 4898 Lavista Road, Tucker, GA 30084.
