Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2025-0003 Amphitheater Flexi Pave Project

Background
The City of Stockbridge is seeking proposals from qualified firms to furnish and install a flexible porous paving surface in the terraced seating areas of the City’s amphitheater. This project aims to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the amphitheater, which serves as a venue for community events and gatherings.

The total work area for this project is approximately 9,000 square feet.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the installation of a flexible porous paving surface in the amphitheater's terraced seating areas. The work must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The contractor must also obtain all necessary permits and licenses required for the execution of this project. Specific tasks include site preparation, installation of the paving material, ensuring proper drainage, and final site cleanup.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025. The City reserves the right to renew the contract for up to four additional twelve-month terms at its discretion.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the City of Stockbridge amphitheater located at 4640 North Henry Boulevard, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281.
