ICAGeorgia - Interior Build-out Building Two F1 Construction / MEP

Background
The International Charter Academy of Georgia (ICAGeorgia) is a K-6 Japanese-English Dual Language Immersion State Charter School located in Peachtree Corners, Gwinnett County.
Established in 2018, ICAGeorgia operates as a non-profit organization primarily funded by the State of Georgia.
The school is seeking a general contractor to complete the interior build-out of Building Two, specifically the unfinished first floor, to accommodate additional educational facilities.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Construction of three classrooms, a meeting room, a copier/staff room, a nurse room, and a mechanical closet/storage room in the unfinished space of Building Two on the first floor.
- Building specifications include three large rooms, three small rooms, and an open area.
- Installation of HVAC systems, lighting fixtures, flooring, wall shelves, doors, and drywall.
- Connection to existing Fire Alarm and Sprinkler systems.
- Creation of door access to the existing gym and elevator hallway/main double entrance.
- Possible installation of plumbing fixtures and parts.
- Architectural designs are provided in attached blueprints.

Period of Performance
Construction is expected to start upon obtaining the necessary permits in February 2025 and must be completed by July 15, 2025.
