HVAC Building Automation System Reissue

The work of this contract involves providing Building Automation System replacements at Etowah High School East, Sequoyah High School, and Sequoyah High School East. The purpose of this solicitation is to secure qualified proposers who can deliver these HVAC Building Automation System upgrades as specified in the Request for Proposals (RFP). This request is being issued by the Cherokee County School District (CCSD). This contract opportunity arises from CCSD's need to update and replace existing Building Automation Systems at the specified school locations. The RFP is being reissued to ensure the best interests of CCSD are met, and it is possible that the contract may be awarded to multiple proposers, depending on the proposals received. Contract requirements include the full replacement of the Building Automation Systems at the three identified school sites. Proposers must be qualified and able to meet all specifications outlined in the RFP documentation. To participate, all questions regarding this RFP must be submitted through the Euna Procurement Message Center. The deadline for submitting questions is August 7, 2025.
