Background
The City of Holly Springs, located at 3237 Holly Springs Parkway, Holly Springs, Georgia 30115, is issuing a contract for the installation of a fire protection system at the Holly Springs Town Center Parking Deck.

The project aims to enhance safety by complying with local fire marshal requirements. The engineering firm overseeing the project is Kimley-Horn.

Work Details
The work involves the installation of a manual dry stack standpipe equipped with 2.5-inch fire hose valves.

The installation must adhere to the Cherokee County Fire Marshal requirements and utilize galvanized steel schedule 40 pipe with welded outlets and grooved ends. This work is to be completed according to the plans prepared by Kimley-Horn for the Holly Springs Town Center Parking Deck located at 170 Timothy Downing Drive, Holly Springs, GA 30115.

Period of Performance
The time allowed for Substantial Completion is 90 consecutive days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which is anticipated to be given in February 2025.
