Holly Springs Town Center Landscape

Background
The City of Holly Springs is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB #2024-10) for the installation of landscaping in the Holly Springs Town Center.
The project aims to enhance the aesthetic appeal and environmental quality of the area, aligning with the city's mission to maintain and improve public spaces.
The landscaping plans have been prepared by Foresite Group and are dated October 25, 2024.

Work Details
The work involves the installation of landscaping according to specified plans.
All plant materials must comply with the City of Holly Springs Tree Ordinance (ORD-19-2017), which is attached as Exhibit A.
Additionally, root barriers are required for trees planted along public sidewalks or curbing, as indicated in STD. L-8 of the City’s Landscape Standards Index.
The contractor is responsible for all tools, transportation, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project.
They must also obtain all necessary permits and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is 90 consecutive days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, anticipated to be issued on January 15, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Holly Springs Town Center, located at 3237 Holly Springs Parkway, Holly Springs, Georgia 30115.
