The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (BOR) is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms for professional consulting services related to the Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW) Master Plan (Project Number BR-67-2501). GSW, founded in 1906 and located in Americus, GA, offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs.

The institution's last comprehensive campus master plan was completed in 2011, and there is a need for a new plan to guide future campus investments. GSW's campus spans 400 acres with approximately 975,000 gross square feet across 38 buildings, including historic structures and student housing.

Work Details
