Work Details

3. Preparing a detailed proposal for project fee allocation during Step II of the selection process.
4. Engaging stakeholders through meetings and presentations throughout the planning process.
5. Deliverables will include a comprehensive master plan document outlining recommendations for campus development and resource allocation.

Period of Performance
The project contract execution is anticipated in June 2025, with initial engagement expected in July 2025 and completion targeted for August 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications that includes detailed information about their experience, resources, and approach to master planning services.
