The Greene County School System is seeking proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CM-At-Risk) for various projects at Greene County High School. The mission of the school system is to enhance educational facilities to support student learning and community engagement. Work Details

1) Renovation of the high school theater, which will include new stage audio and lighting, house lighting, new seats, carpet, paint, and tile on stage;

2) Construction of new storage buildings under the existing home side bleachers at the GCHS football field;

3) Installation of new rooftop HVAC equipment and re-roofing of the high school building;

4) Construction of a new agriculture multi-use lab building with greenhouse;

5) Replacement of doors and windows throughout Greene County High School.

Each project will require a separate Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) amendment to be approved by the Greene Board of Education. The total estimated cost for these projects is approximately $6,800,000.
