Gilmer High School Walk-in Cooler Replacement

Background
The Gilmer County School Nutrition Program, directed by Patricia Partin, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the replacement of the walk-in cooler at Gilmer High School.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the provision of necessary equipment to support the School Nutrition Program's operations, complying with federal and state regulations regarding procurement.

Work Details
The contract involves the installation of a new exterior walk-in cooler that will be attached to the existing building at Gilmer High School.

The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying and delivering all necessary equipment as specified in Attachment B of the IFB. This includes ensuring that the cooler meets all relevant health and safety standards required by federal and state regulations.

Period of Performance
The initial term of this contract will commence upon award and is expected to last through the school year 2025.

There is an option to extend the contract for up to three additional months at the same bid pricing, subject to mutual agreement in writing between both parties.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Gilmer High School, located at 134 Industrial Blvd, Ellijay, GA 30540.
