GDC-23-PAUL-PD-009, Paulding PDC Modular Building Leveling & Storm Sewer Installation

Background
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections. The purpose of this contract is to facilitate the installation of essential infrastructure at the Paulding Probation Detention Center. This specifically focuses on leveling modular buildings and storm sewer installation to ensure proper drainage and foundation stability.

Work Details
The project involves the following key tasks:
1. Installation of new foundation pads for existing modular frame buildings.
2. Leveling of existing modular frame buildings to ensure structural integrity.
3. Installation of storm drainage systems including pipe culverts, inlets, and junction boxes designed to effectively convey stormwater and runoff away from building foundations.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and will be completed by May 6, 2025, which is also the bid opening date.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Paulding Probation Detention Center located at 1295 Industrial Boulevard North, Dallas, Georgia 30132.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through GSFIC’s online bidding system, e-Builder. All required forms including Bid Verification and Statement of Qualifications must be fully completed and uploaded. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference on April 16, 2025, at the project site is required for eligibility to bid.
