Background
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), acting on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC), is seeking firms to provide construction management at risk services for the New State Prison project, designated as Project No. GDC-169.

Firms must hold a valid State of Georgia General Contractor’s License and be registered to do business in Georgia. Additionally, firms must have an Experience Modification Rating (EMR) of 1.2 or less and provide evidence of financial stability through a current ratio of 1.0 or higher.
