Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, permits, and licenses necessary for the completion of repairs on one single-family home located in Gainesville, GA. The Scope of Work includes:
1) Miscellaneous tasks such as obtaining permits and providing temporary toilet facilities;
2) Siding replacement;
3) Window installation;
4) Foundation work including debris removal and insulation installation;
5) HVAC system replacement;
6) Electrical work including smoke detectors;
7) Plumbing installations including a kitchen sink;
8) Attic fan replacement;
9) Cabinet replacements and installations;
10) Flooring replacement in specified bedrooms;
11) Interior repairs including ceiling texture application and trim work;
12) Exterior painting and railing construction; and
13) Post-construction cleanup.
Each task has specific requirements regarding materials, methods, and compliance with local codes.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of a Notice-to-Proceed and will continue until substantial completion of all services as per the agreed schedule.
Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at a designated single-family home located in Gainesville, Georgia.
