Full Intercom System FIS-2026 RFP

Background
The Cherokee County School District (CCSD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide intercom systems for Dean Rusk Middle School and Indian Knoll Elementary School. The goal of this contract is to enhance communication within the schools, thereby supporting the educational mission of CCSD. In the interest of maximizing value, CCSD may award contracts to multiple proposers.

Work Details
Proposers are required to provide a full intercom system that meets the specific needs of both schools. This includes all necessary components for installation, functionality, and integration with existing systems. Proposals should detail the specifications of the intercom systems, including but not limited to:

Bidder Requirements
