The City of Summerville is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB-2025-113) for a Firework Show scheduled on July 3, 2025. Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for providing a 15-20 minute firework show starting at 10:00 PM on July 3, 2025, at the set-up location of 246 Vitality Lane, Summerville, GA 30747. Responsibilities include:
- Complete set-up and take down of the firework staging area.
- Cleaning up the site from all debris post-show.
- Ensuring no large time gaps between shells during the display.

Vendor Requirements:
- Previous experience in large-scale fireworks displays.
- Valid federal pyro technicians license issued by ATF.
- Security provision at staging area during setup and cleanup.
- Availability for a backup date if needed.
- One licensed pyrotechnic operator must be present during the event, along with sufficient personnel to ensure public safety. All necessary licenses and permits must be obtained by the vendor.
