The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for County Facility Parking Lot Seal Coating and Striping Project (Facilities: Courthouse, Correctional Institute, Mental Health) for Jackson County Public Works/Road Department, until Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 10:00AM. At that time the sealed bids will be opened and read in the Auditorium of the Jackson County Administrative Building at 67 Athens Street, Jefferson, Georgia 30549. Bids received after the due date and time will not be accepted or considered. One original and three copies of the Request for Bid must be submitted. A 5% bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required if the contract is awarded.
