Executive Producer For Fifa Fan Festival 2026

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to serve as Executive Producer for the FIFA Fan Festival 2026 in Atlanta. This high-profile, multi-day celebration aims to provide an immersive, family-friendly festival centered on live match viewing, entertainment, brand activations, and cultural programming.

The GWCCA is responsible for managing the largest combined convention, sports, and entertainment campus in North America, which includes significant venues such as the Georgia World Congress Center and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Authority emphasizes its commitment to promoting economic benefits for Georgia's citizens and enhancing their quality of life.

Work Details
The selected Executive Producer will be responsible for:
1. **Production & Entertainment Management**: Develop and implement an operational plan for all on-site production elements including stages, lighting, audio/visual setups, video screens, tents, utilities, and signage. Design a full schedule of live entertainment featuring national and local acts, DJs, cultural showcases, esports events, watch parties, and community engagement activities. Source and manage performers and technical crews while ensuring compliance with public safety regulations and ADA standards.

2. **Commercial Integration & Sponsor Activation**: Coordinate the integration of FIFA’s global commercial affiliates and local sponsors into the festival footprint with interactive zones and product activations while adhering to FIFA’s branding guidelines.

3. **Media & Communications**: Lead media planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders including the Atlanta Host Committee and FIFA’s media department. Manage media zones, press credentialing processes, live broadcast support, promotional content development, and ensure compliance with FIFA media rights protections.

Key deliverables include a Festival Production Plan (site layout), Commercial Activation Plan (mapped brand zones), Media & Communications Plan (earned media targets), and a Final Event Report summarizing outcomes.

Period of Performance
The project will commence with planning in Q4 2024 through Q3 2025; procurement will occur in Q4 2025 to Q1 2026; pre-event operations are scheduled for Q2 2026; event execution will take place from June to July 2026; followed by post-event wrap-up in August 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within Atlanta, Georgia including the Georgia World Congress Center campus which encompasses multiple venues such as Centennial Olympic Park and Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Bidder Requirements
Proposals are encouraged to include participation from Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) or Women Business Enterprises (WBEs). Respondents must demonstrate how they will engage these businesses in their project execution. Additionally, bidders must comply with state laws regarding drug-free workplaces and non-discrimination policies.
