Background
The Columbia County School District (CCSD) is soliciting proposals for the purchase of classroom furniture, which includes inside delivery, installation, and removal of debris.

The installations will take place at several locations in Evans, Georgia, specifically EHS at 4550 Cox Road, LES at 5426 Hereford Farm Road, LSH at 533 Blue Ridge Drive, and RMS at 1095 Furys Ferry Road.

The goal of this contract is to furnish classrooms with high-quality furniture that meets the needs of students and educators.

Work Details
The contract involves the following services and products:
- Purchase and installation of various types of classroom furniture including student chairs (14”, 16”, and 18”), meeting tables (48” round), file cabinets (4-drawer), lateral files, desks (double pedestal and single pedestal), bookcases, artroom tables, cafeteria tables, lounge chairs, and other related items.
- All unit prices shall be FOB Destination with 'inside' delivery which includes unloading, un-boxing, assembly, placement in designated areas, and removal of all waste materials.
- Bidders must provide detailed specifications for all proposed alternate makes/models as part of their bid response.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is expected to commence upon award and continue until all furniture has been delivered and installed by April 2026.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for performance include multiple schools within the Columbia County School District in Evans, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a complete proposal including a bid input form, business references form with at least three references for similar goods/services, warranty information for all items proposed, details of any alternate parts being proposed including colors, and pricing details for bid alternate assemblies.
