Background
The Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) is issuing this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) to establish a contract for a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to replace the current Babies Information and Billing System (BIBS).

Work Details

- Implementation of project methodologies that align with DPH’s defined deliverables.
- Key responsibilities include leading phases such as requirements validation, design, configuration, development, data conversion, testing, training, pilot implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Development of detailed plans including Project Management Plan (PMP), Data Management Plan (DMP), Testing Plan, Training and Knowledge Transfer Plan.
- Compliance with State of Georgia Information Technology and Security Policies.
- Integration management to ensure seamless operation with existing systems.
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing necessary training materials.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon execution and will include specific timelines for each phase of work outlined in the project schedule. Key dates include proposal submission by December 3, 2025.
