Background
The Randolph County Board of Commissioners is issuing a contract for the construction of road improvements in Randolph County, Georgia. The project aims to enhance local infrastructure through road widening and resurfacing, specifically targeting District Line Road and Morgan Road. The work is funded by the Local Maintenance Improvement Grant (LMIG) Program from the Georgia Department of Transportation and TSPLOST.

1. 1.12 miles of road widening and resurfacing on District Line Road.
2. 4.03 miles of road widening and resurfacing on Morgan Road.

Period of Performance
The contractor is expected to commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed and complete all work within 100 calendar days.

The work will be performed on District Line Road and Morgan Road in Randolph County, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a proposal accompanied by a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount. A performance bond and labor/material payment bond will also be required from the successful bidder.
