Custodial Supplies

Background
Dalton Public Schools is seeking proposals for Custodial Supply Services to maintain cleanliness and safety across all its facilities. The goal of this contract is to ensure a healthy learning environment through the provision of necessary custodial supplies and equipment.

The contract will commence on July 1, 2025, and will last until June 30, 2026, with options for annual extensions up to four additional years.

Work Details
The vendor will provide a comprehensive range of custodial supplies and equipment as specified in the proposal documents. This includes but is not limited to:
- Cleaning chemicals such as disinfectants, all-purpose cleaners, bathroom cleaners, and floor cleaners in various quantities.
- Equipment including vacuum cleaners, ride-on vacuum cleaners, and floor buffers.

A detailed list of preferred products and yearly usage averages is provided in Attachments A and B. The vendor must also manage the removal of waste materials from deliveries and ensure that all products meet specified quality standards.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on July 1, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2026. The vendor must ensure that all supplies are delivered and operational by July 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Dalton Public Schools facilities located in Dalton, Georgia.
