Background
The Crisp County Board of Education is seeking contractors for the conversion of the old middle school building(s) into a new Board of Education Office Building.
This project aims to modernize and repurpose existing educational infrastructure to better serve the community's educational needs.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Selective demolition
- Asbestos removal
- Concrete work
- Interior masonry and drywall partitions
- Finishes including flooring, walls, and ceilings
- Installation of a single ply roofing system
- Installation of doors, frames, and hardware
- Installation of aluminum windows
- Plumbing supply and waste systems
- HVAC systems
- Electrical work.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed following the bid opening on November 7, 2024, with specific timelines to be determined upon contract award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the old middle school building(s) located in Cordele, Georgia.
