Crawford Co. 2025 LRA

Background
The Crawford County Board of Commissioners is issuing a solicitation for the construction of road improvements as part of the 2025 Local Road Assistance (LRA) program. The goal of this contract is to enhance local infrastructure through grading, resurfacing, and related activities to ensure safe and efficient transportation within the county.

Work Details
The work under this contract includes the construction of approximately 1.13 miles involving grading, resurfacing, super pave, leveling, and all necessary appurtenances for a complete job. All work must adhere to the specifications outlined in the Contract Documents and Plans available for review at designated locations.

Period of Performance
All work on the project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days from the date of notice to proceed.

Bidder Requirements
Bids must be submitted on provided Bid Proposal Forms and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond equal to 10 percent of the bid amount. Bidders must also provide a Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and Insurance Certificates upon acceptance of their bid. No bids will be considered unless they are sealed and filed with Crawford County prior to the designated time.
