Courthouse Annex Parking Lot Resurfacing and Restriping

Background
The County of Forsyth, Georgia, through its Procurement Department, has issued an Invitation to Bid (24-42-1620) for the Resurfacing and Restriping of the Forsyth County Courthouse Annex Parking Lot located at 100 W. Courthouse Square, Cumming, GA 30041. The goal of the contract is to complete the resurfacing and restriping work by November 22, 2024.

Work Details
The work includes the removal of existing concrete pavement, proof-rolling, tack coat application, paving, and restriping existing pavement markings. The bid package also includes various documents such as a Construction Services Agreement (Exhibit 'A') containing terms and conditions of the contractual arrangement for the work, insurance requirements, and bonding requirements.
