Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide court reporter services to the Secretary of State and affiliated agencies (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. The purpose of this eRFQ is to establish a vendor(s) to provide an annual contract for court reporting services for the State Entity. The initial contract term is for one (1) year, beginning with four (4) additional one (1) year options to renew. Court reporter services include, but are not limited to, appearances for hearings, depositions, testimony under oath or board meetings, transcript preparation, miscellaneous services (e.g., postage, notarization, etc.), and certified copies of documents. Bidder must maintain all credentials required to perform these services. Bidder represents and warrants that all goods or services provided under this contract must be provided in a timely and professional manner, by qualified and skilled individuals, and in conformity with standards generally accepted in the Bidder's industry. Bidder must be able to provide in-person and remote services.

Digital reporters may use audio recordings as the primary source but must provide copies to the State Agency.

The Bidder must accept or decline job requests within specified timeframes and adhere to the State's Inclement Weather Policy. Fees include a first-hour appearance fee and hourly rates thereafter, with specific billing practices outlined for cancellations and travel expenses. Transcription deliverables include digital copies in PDF format, audio recordings in mp3 format, and adherence to delivery timelines.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is one year, with four optional one-year renewals.
