Background
The State of Georgia is issuing this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) to establish a contract for court reporter services with qualified suppliers. The services are intended for the Secretary of State and affiliated agencies, aiming to ensure professional and timely court reporting services.

The initial contract term is one year, with four additional one-year renewal options.

Work Details
Court reporter services include: appearances for hearings, depositions, testimony under oath, board meetings, transcript preparation, and miscellaneous services such as postage and notarization.

Bidders must maintain required credentials and provide services in a timely manner by qualified individuals. Services must be available both in-person and remotely. Court reporters must have at least one year of full-time experience and be certified by the Board of Court Reporting of the Judicial Council of Georgia or the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA).

The Bidder must report on time to all scheduled meetings and accurately record oral testimony during hearings. They must also disclose any contracting relationships with parties involved in proceedings. Digital reporters may use audio recordings as the primary source but must provide copies to the State Agency.

The Bidder must accept or decline job requests within specified timeframes and adhere to the State's Inclement Weather Policy. Fees include a first-hour appearance fee and hourly rates thereafter, with specific billing practices outlined for cancellations and travel expenses. Transcription deliverables include digital copies in PDF format, audio recordings in mp3 format, and adherence to delivery timelines.

Period of Performance
