Construction Services For Telephone Lift Station #19

Background
The City of Richmond Hill, Georgia is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of a Sanitary Sewer Lift Station. The purpose of this invitation is to solicit proposals for the construction of a lift station, including grading the site, construction of an access road, demolition of the existing lift station, and construction of the stormwater system, water and sewer system, and installation of the lift station.

Work Details
The work will include all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, and associated costs. The mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on February 29, 2024.
Bid documents must be purchased at Clayton Digital Reprographics.
Proposals must be typed or printed in ink and insurance certificates meeting specified limits must be submitted as part of the sealed bid.
The City reserves the right to waive informalities, reject bids, evaluate bids, accept portions of any bids, and add to or delete from the contract after it has been awarded.

Period of Performance
The bid opening is scheduled for March 14, 2024.
Payment and performance bonding in an amount not less than 100% of the contract award price will be required within 10 days of the contract award.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the bid opening.

The construction services for Telephone Lift Station #19 will take place at 40 Richard R. Davis Dr., Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324.
