The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, etc., necessary for the construction of a new restroom facility and the renovation of an existing restroom facility at Noonday Park. Specific tasks include:

1. Payment of all permitting fees associated with the work, with a base bid allowance of $4,000 for permit fees.
2. Installation and maintenance of erosion, sedimentation, and pollution controls throughout the project.
3. Compliance with all aspects of NPDES permits.
4. Coordination with Cobb County Water for water meter locations and payment for water usage until final acceptance.
5. Construction layout and control responsibilities.
6. Provision of as-built documents required by Cobb County including stormwater management documentation.
7. Renovation of the existing restroom to become ADA compliant after completion of the new facility.

Period of Performance
