Cohesity Backup Solution Procurement

Background
The Barrow County School District, located in Winder, Georgia, is seeking competitive bids for a Cohesity Backup Solution. The district aims to enhance its data backup capabilities to ensure the security and availability of educational resources. This procurement is part of their ongoing efforts to maintain robust IT infrastructure and support their mission of providing quality education.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of a Cohesity Backup Solution that includes the following components:

1) Cohesity C5036-SFP FOUR (4) Node Block;
2) Cohesity Premium 24x7 Support for C5036 for a duration of 12 months;
3) Cohesity Data Cloud Secure Bundle with 50TB of cold storage on AWS Data Plane for 12 months;
4) Cohesity Fort Knox Cloud Cyber Vault with an additional capacity of 50TB for a duration of 12 months.

All components must be new and authorized by Cohesity, with no substitutions allowed. The solution must support an initial local backup data capacity of 50TB, expandable to 100TB, and include a total of 100TB capacity for Cohesity Fort Knox. Vendors must also provide optional costs for subscription renewals for years 2-5, broken out per year, and may propose multi-year subscription renewals after the first year. Additionally, the system must be capable of operating at 25G via multimode fiber.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period that begins upon award and includes a subscription duration of 12 months for all services provided.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Barrow County School District located at 179 W. Athens Street, Winder, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be authorized by Cohesity to sell their products and provide proof of authorization. All proposals must include a Vendor Response Page as the first page and a detailed breakdown of components starting on the second page. Installation or professional services should be listed as optional line items.
