Coffee County Parking Lot Repaving

Background
The Coffee County Schools is issuing a contract for the repaving of the parking lot at the Maintenance & Transportation Complex located at 1451 Kellogg Drive, Douglas, GA 31533.
The goal of this project is to enhance the functionality and safety of the parking area through comprehensive construction work.

Work Details
The project consists of grading, fill, drainage structures, milling, paving, concrete walks and aprons, demolition of existing paving and concrete, and installation of new fencing and gates.
The work will be performed under a general contract covering all trades involved in the construction process.

Period of Performance
The successful bidder shall begin work on October 1, 2025, and complete the project by December 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Maintenance & Transportation Complex located at 1451 Kellogg Drive, Douglas, GA 31533.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and must be able to obtain required insurance and bonds for the work.
A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the Owner will be required from the successful bidder.
