CL6-2504 FCS: HVAC RM to Johns Creek ES, Sharon ES & South Forsyth MS

Background
The Forsyth County Board of Education is issuing this solicitation for HVAC renovations and modifications at three schools: Johns Creek Elementary School, Sharon Elementary School, and South Forsyth Middle School.

The goal of the contract is to perform lifecycle upgrades for these existing facilities to enhance their HVAC systems.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and services necessary for the construction of HVAC renovations and modifications at the following locations:
1. Johns Creek Elementary School - 6205 Old Atlanta Road, Suwanee, GA 30024
2. Sharon Elementary School - 3595 Old Atlanta Road, Suwanee, GA 30024
3. South Forsyth Middle School - 4670 Windermere Parkway, Cumming, GA 30041.

The project includes comprehensive upgrades to the HVAC systems in these schools as part of lifecycle improvements.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed by July 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the three specified school locations in Forsyth County, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must provide a Bid Bond of five percent (5%) of the proposed lump sum contract price. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will also be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.

Attendance at a mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference on July 9, 2025, is required; failure to attend will result in disqualification.
