Background
The Cobb County School District (CCSD) is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of Cisco Network Equipment for newly constructed and/or renovated facilities throughout the District on an as-needed basis.

This is an E-Rate-funded purchase that will determine the technology and service offerings deployed within the CCSD.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of Cisco Network Equipment, specifically listed manufacturers/models on the Bid Form. The CCSD will not accept alternatives, equivalents, or substitutions; all equipment must be new from authorized distributors.

The vendor must be a Certified Cisco Gold Level Partner and provide OEM and reseller technical support contact information. Installation and configuration services may also be required, with rates to be provided in the bid response.

Delivery is to be made to the CCSD Technology Depot located at 484 Glover Street, Marietta, GA 30060. Warranty coordination is also required during the warranty period.

The contract start date is April 1, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must provide proof of being a Certified Cisco Gold Level Partner and authorized Cisco Collaboration Enterprise License Agreement resale partner. They must also submit their Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and provide documentation for warranty periods.
