Chromebook Protective Cases

Background
The Fayette County Public Schools (FCPS) Purchasing Department is seeking quotes for protective cases for Chromebooks to support their Technology Services Department. The goal of this RFQ is to procure 2,200 units of protective cases specifically designed for HP Fortis 11 G10 Chromebook computers, ensuring the devices are adequately protected during use.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision and delivery of 2,200 hard, clear shell protective cases that fit HP Fortis 11 G10 Chromebook computers. Proposers must submit a specification/data page and an image of the proposed solution with their quote. All products must meet the specified technical requirements outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The term of the resulting agreement will commence upon award issuance and extend until December 31, 2025, with options to renew for four additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the protective cases is the LaFayette Educational Center, Building A, located at 205 LaFayette Avenue, Fayetteville, GA 30214.
