CCSD MS Chromebook

Background
The Cherokee County School District (CCSD) is seeking a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Chromebook devices intended for student instructional use.
The goal of this contract is to procure approximately 5,250 Chromebooks to enhance educational resources across the district.

Work Details
Vendors are required to provide quotes for 5,250 Clamshell Chromebooks designed specifically for K–12 student use.
The devices must meet the following minimum specifications:
- Intel N Series processor (N100 or equivalent; N150 preferred)
- Minimum 8GB memory
- Minimum 64GB eMMC storage
- 11.6” HD display (1366 × 768)
- Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) or newer
- Bluetooth 5.0 or newer
- At least 2 USB C ports and 1 USB A port
- Headphone/microphone combo jack
- Integrated HD webcam (minimum 720p)
- Integrated speakers and microphone suitable for instructional use
- Minimum battery life of 10 hours.
Additionally, the devices must be ChromeOS compatible with Google Chrome Education Upgrade and support a minimum of eight years of Google Auto Update Expiration (AUE).
Vendors must also provide a four-year manufacturer warranty that includes Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) and mail-in repair service covering drops, spills, cracked screens, and electrical surges.
Furthermore, vendors are required to provide factory integrated asset tagging and a CSV file containing device inventory data compatible with CCSD asset management systems.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to begin upon award, with delivery of the devices anticipated by March 2026.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the delivery of the Chromebooks is Cherokee County School District located at 1205 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, Georgia 30114.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must submit their proposals via the CCSD Euna Procurement Portal by March 24, 2026.
All responses must include a contract used to secure pricing such as State of Georgia contracts, OMNIA, or TIPS.
If proposing devices from manufacturers other than Dell or HP, vendors must provide repair certification training at no cost to CCSD technicians.
