CCSD bulk Paper purchase

Background
The Columbia County School District (CCSD), located at 4781 Hereford Farm Road, Evans, Georgia 30809, is seeking competitive bids for the supply of multi-purpose copy paper for the 2026-2027 school year under Request for Bid (RFB) HC-05-01-26A.

The goal of this contract is to establish a reliable source for high-quality copy paper to support educational activities within the district.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of multi-purpose copy paper with the following specifications:

- Each ream must contain 500 sheets.
- There will be 10 reams per case and 40 cases per pallet.
- All reams should be mill-wrapped.
- The paper must be white, acid-free (alkaline), with a basis weight of 20 lb., a minimum brightness of 92, and an opacity of 90.

The total quantity required is approximately 7,560 cases, assuming deliveries of 840 cases per truck across nine total trucks. Delivery will be 'Dock' delivery to the CCSD warehouse located at 1741 Blanchard Drive, Grovetown, GA 30813. Bidders must identify the manufacturer/brand of the paper and provide mill specifications as part of their proposal. Fixed pricing must include all shipping and handling charges.

Period of Performance
The contract period will cover the delivery schedule from July 13 to July 20, 2026, with orders placed by May 14, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the CCSD warehouse located at 1741 Blanchard Drive, Grovetown, GA 30813.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide proof of General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance with Columbia County Board of Education named as the certificate holder within ten business days following notification of contract award. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a minimum of three business references for similar projects/contracts as part of their proposal.
