Buice Road Bridge Replacement over Johns Creek (PI0017830 CS111)

Background
The City of Johns Creek, Georgia, is responsible for establishing contracts for the acquisition of goods, materials, supplies, and services. The city has issued Invitation to Bid (ITB) #25-072 for the replacement of the Buice Road Bridge over Johns Creek. The goal of this contract is to ensure the successful replacement of the existing bridge and associated infrastructure improvements within the city limits.

Work Details
The contractor will replace the existing bridge and construct asphalt pavement, storm drainage systems, concrete sidewalks, and all other miscellaneous items necessary for the completion of the work. The contractor must furnish all equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to complete the project in accordance with specifications outlined in Exhibit A.

The work must be performed in a good, firm, substantial, and workmanlike manner.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of thirty-six (36) months from the issuance of the 'Notice to Proceed'.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed within the City of Johns Creek, Georgia.
