The project titled '100 Edgewood Ave. Infrastructure & Frontage Improvements' aligns with GSU's strategic plan 'Blueprint to 2033', focusing on identity, placemaking, and belonging.

Work Details
The contract involves providing design professional services for the construction of infrastructure improvements at 100 Edgewood Avenue. Key improvements include:
- Enclosing the colonnade for safety
- Adding student support and retail space
- Roofing upgrades
- HVAC upgrades
- Plumbing upgrades
- Elevator modernization
- Fire alarm panel replacement.

The project will adhere to the Energy Efficiency & Sustainable Construction Act of 2008 and aims for Georgia Peach certification. The delivery method will be CM @ Risk with early release construction packages. The estimated construction cost is $20,200,000 with a design professional base fee of approximately $1,616,000.

Period of Performance
Design services are expected to commence by March 2025 with completion of construction documents anticipated by September 2025. The start of construction is contingent upon funding availability.
