BL114-24, Lakeview Road at Pharrs Road / Hillside Drive Roadway Improvement Project

Background
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for the Lakeview Road at Pharrs Road / Hillside Drive Roadway Improvement Project.
This project is aimed at enhancing transportation infrastructure under the Department of Transportation's oversight.

Work Details
The contract involves providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the roadway improvement project over a distance of 0.582 miles.
The specific tasks include: clearing and grubbing, grading, constructing sidewalks, curbs and gutters, installing storm drain pipes, asphalt paving, striping the roadway, constructing a roundabout, and installing a new water main.
The quantities required are as follows: Earthwork (less than 10,000 CY), Curb & Gutter (3,793 LF), Concrete Flat Work (3,573 SY), Asphalt (1,563 TN), Storm Drain Pipe (2,390 LF), Concrete Structures (38 CY).

The bids will be received until 2:50 P.M. local time on October 17, 2024.

The work will be performed at the intersection of Lakeview Road and Pharrs Road / Hillside Drive in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
