BL104-24 Grayson Branch Library and Buford OneStop Parking Lot Improvements Project

Background
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the Grayson Branch Library and Buford OneStop Parking Lot Improvements Project.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the parking lot and driveway maintenance at the specified locations, ensuring improved accessibility and safety for users.

Work Details
The work will include, but is not limited to: minor repairs, crack sealing, striping, milling, overlay, or full depth reclamation as needed for the parking lot and driveway at the Grayson Branch Library and Buford One-Stop.
The County will obtain all rights of way and easements required for the project unless otherwise specified.

Period of Performance
The contract must be completed within the allowable calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders are required to agree that completion delays may incur a penalty of $300.00 per day.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Grayson Branch Library located at 700 Grayson Pkwy, Grayson, GA 30017 and at the Buford OneStop.
