BL080-26 Provision of DocuSign eSignature Envelopes on a Multi-Year Contract

Background
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified service providers for the Provision of DocuSign eSignature Envelopes on a Multi-Year Contract for the Department of Information Technology Services.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability and support of electronic signature services to enhance operational efficiency within the county's departments.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of 25,000 eSignature Enterprise Pro for Government envelopes annually, sourced from DocuSign, Inc. (DSI-0000488) or an approved equivalent.
Additionally, it includes Enterprise Premier Support at 22% of recurring fees annually.
Pricing must remain firm for the duration of the initial term of the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed over a multi-year period, specifically covering five years with annual delivery requirements.

The services will be performed and products delivered to Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the Illegal Immigration Reform Enhancements for 2013 and participate in a federal work authorization program.
They are required to submit a Contractor Affidavit and Agreement as well as a Code of Ethics Affidavit with their bid.
Vendors must also have a valid Gwinnett County occupation tax certificate if they maintain an office within Gwinnett County.
