BL015-25 Dacula and Grayson Library HVAC Replacement Project.

Background
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is issuing a solicitation for competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Dacula and Grayson Library HVAC Replacement Project. This project aims to replace the HVAC systems in the libraries, which are part of existing sprinklered Type V-B buildings. The goal is to enhance the climate control systems within these public facilities, ensuring a comfortable environment for library patrons and staff.

Work Details
The scope of this project includes:
1. Replacement of the HVAC systems at both Dacula and Grayson Libraries.
2. Installation of new exhaust fans in each restroom at both facilities.

The work will be conducted in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations, ensuring that the new systems meet current standards for efficiency and safety.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and must be completed within the allowable calendar days specified in the contract documents.
