BL009-24 Duluth Hill Area Sewer System

Background
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Duluth Hill Area Sewer System. The project involves the construction of a sanitary sewer collection system and related appurtenances.

Work Details
The work includes the construction of approximately 4,600 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer, 340 VF of standard and composite polymer concrete manholes, a duplex submersible pump station, 1,200 LF of 4-inch HDPE force main, 2,000 LF of 8-inch DIP water main, isolation gate valves, fire hydrants, connections to existing water mains, abandonment of an existing water main, asphalt paving restoration, erosion and sedimentation control.

Period of Performance
The bid submittal date is June 10, 2024. The contract completion timeframe is 390 calendar days for substantial completion and 420 calendar days for final completion.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed in the Duluth Hill area in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
