Background
Chatham County, Georgia is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services for the Chatham County Animal Services located in Savannah, GA.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services at the Chatham County Animal Services facility. This includes but is not limited to:

- Daily cleaning of all areas, including restrooms, offices, and animal care areas;
- Trash removal;
- Floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming;
- Window cleaning;
- Ensuring that all cleaning supplies used are safe and effective.

The contractor must also adhere to any specific cleaning protocols required by the county or state regulations regarding animal facilities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be an annual agreement with options for renewal for four additional one-year terms if mutually agreed upon by both parties.
