Background
The City of Locust Grove, a municipal corporation in Georgia, is seeking competitive sealed bids for the resurfacing of 11 city roads totaling approximately 1.9 miles. The goal of this contract is to enhance the infrastructure and ensure safe transportation within the city.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for asphalt milling and hot-mix asphalt placement on the specified roads. The scope of work includes:
- Traffic control, including temporary striping
- Milling of existing asphalt up to 2 inches
- Resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt
- Placement and sanding of asphalt prime
- Building shoulders, which includes grassing
- Final striping using Thermoplastic materials.
