Background
The Banks County School Nutrition Program is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure groceries for the School Nutrition Program (SNP).
The goal of this contract is to supply and deliver essential food products to support the nutritional needs of students in Banks County schools.
This procurement must comply with federal and state regulations governing school nutrition programs.
Work Details
The successful bidder will be responsible for providing a variety of grocery items as specified in Attachment B.
This includes but is not limited to: food products such as bread, milk, dairy products, kitchen supplies, cafeteria furnishings, and other necessary items.

The contract may involve multiple vendors to fulfill the total requirements outlined in the IFB.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2025, and will continue until June 30, 2026.
There is an option for extension up to three months at the same bid pricing upon mutual agreement between both parties.

All deliveries will be made to various school locations within Banks County, Georgia, including Banks County Primary School, Elementary School, Middle School, and High School.
